Author's Note: Yes, I proposed the winter of 2019 as a release period. I was done writing this installment by then, but didn't have it to my editing team in enough time for it to be released before March 20th. However, twelve days late is better than twelve months. I missed the deadline for the first time in my career, and it will likely not be the last time.
